Prosper Placer serves families who live at or below the poverty level and are motivated to make lasting changes in their lives. The group works under the aegis of Child Advocates of Placer County to provide family counseling, mentoring and court-room advocacy for minors. Prosper Placer holds meetings at UMC and actively participates in our 4th Friday events.
KidsFirst treats and prevents child abuse and neglect through education, advocacy, and counseling, empowering and strengthening children and families by providing the tools they need to cope with difficult life circumstances before they become overwhelming.
